For the purpose of regulating food service and food service establishments, the current rules or rules as amended by the Tex. Board of Health found in Tex. Administrative Code Title 25, Part 1, Ch. 228 and 229, Subch. K, related to state food establishments, is hereby adopted and made a part of this subchapter as if fully set out in this subchapter, and the provisions thereof shall govern all matters covered therein within the city, except those provisions which may be in conflict with other provisions of this subchapter. A copy of such Administrative Code is on file in the City Secretary’s office.
