(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who violates any provisions of §§ 113.15 through 113.18 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed in the amount of $2,000. Any person who knowingly provides a false answer to any question or submitting false information or documents with the fireworks permit application may be tampering with a governmental record which is punishable under the Tex. Penal Code Ch. 37, § 37.10.
