§ 111.01 RESTRICTION ON SALE OR USE.

A person commits an offense if the person sells, stores, handles for the purpose of sale an alcoholic beverage unless the use is authorized by and complies with the applicable provisions of this city code and the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Code.
