§ 93.08 PERSONS UNDER AGE 18 IN SMOKING AREAS.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, persons under the age of 18 years may be admitted in establishments, facilities or other areas that allow smoking in accordance with the provisions of this chapter if such persons are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
