§ 90.25 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CAT. A male or female of the feline species, whether altered or not.
   CEO. Code Enforcement Officer for city.
   DOG. A male or female of the canine species, whether altered or not.
   OWNER. Any person owning, harboring or in any way keeping a dog and/or cat within the limits of the city.
