§ 70.28 CONFIRMATION OF THOSE EXISTING SIGNS.
   Any traffic-control device and parking limitation in existence at this time, whether effectively authorized by the City Council or the City Manager or the Chief of Police, is hereby confirmed to be valid and enforceable; except that, the public must have reasonable notice of such control device or limitation by proper designation.
