(A) The City Secretary is hereby authorized to cause to be erected or installed a stop sign to be located on the eastbound lane of El Camino Real, 59 feet from the western city limits.
(B) Any person who shall fail to obey such stop sign shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $1, nor more than $100.
