(A) Unless otherwise posted, the maximum speed limits for all vehicular traffic within the city are as follows:

Palm Valley Drive West | 30 mph |
Stuart Place Road, which is within the incorporated boundaries of the city | 45 mph |
All other designated and platted town streets | 25 mph |

(B) It shall be a prima facie violation for any person or vehicle to exceed the maximum speed limits designated in this schedule.

(C) Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with the speed limits imposed in this schedule shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $100.
