§ 72.03 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Non-commercial personal/family automobiles or small non-commercial passenger trucks, (licensed as such and up to and including three quarters of a ton), motorcycles in operable condition and with current registration and inspections stickers, and golf carts may be parked on a city street, subject to other provisions of the code of ordinances, or parked on a lot, provided that any such vehicle is parked on an improved driveway.
   (B)   Necessary construction vehicles may be parked on a city street, subject to other provisions of the code of ordinances, or parked on a lot within the city during the construction of improvements on such lot, from and during the time of necessity therefore.
   (C)   Commercial use trucks may be parked on a city street or on an improved driveway which has been approved by the Building and Permit Committee only while making deliveries or pickups at a residence or business within the city limits and only for so long as reasonably necessary to make such delivery or pickup.
   (D)   If parked on an improved driveway which has been approved by the Building and Permit Committee, recreational vehicles and boats may be parked on a lot for a period of no more than three days or parts of three days during a 30 consecutive day time period. The 30 consecutive day time period begins on the first day a recreational vehicle or boat is parked on the lot.
