For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TRUCK. Any and all trucks, tractors, van trailers, semi-trailers, house trailers, cement trucks, flat beds and/or any vehicle designed or operated for the transportation of property, whose body weight or whose rated or licensed combined body and load weight exceeds a maximum or 40,000 pounds, and load weight exceeds a maximum of 6,000 pounds per axle.
