As a condition of water service, all customers will execute a water service agreement and install, maintain and operate their piping and plumbing systems in accordance with the city’s Plumbing Code, Backflow/Cross Connection Control Program, city ordinances and TCEQ regulations. If there is a conflict between documents and those codes, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
