§ 50.03 PENALTY FEES AND CHARGES.
   The following penalties or fees shall be charged for the following:
   (A)   Tampering with meter: $100;
   (B)   Meter removal/reset fee: $50;
   (C)   Removing or cutting city lock: $100; and
   (D)   Straight connection: $300.
