§ 33.03 MEETINGS.

Meetings of the Board shall comply with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Meetings of the Board shall be held on an “as needed” basis at a location and time determined by the Board. The Board shall allow citizens to address the Board on agenda items and during a period time set aside for citizen communication. The chair may limit a speaker to three minutes.
