(A) Officers of the Board shall consist of a chair and a vice chair. Officers shall be elected annually by a majority vote of the Board at the first regular meeting. The chair will have the same voting privilege as any other member.
(B) In the absence of the chair and the vice chair, any member may be deemed the presiding officer by a quorum of the Board present at the meeting.
(C) The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board shall be an advisory board to the City Council.
