Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each and every violation of such provisions shall constitute a separate offense, and each day such violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
