§ 150.083 ADDITIONAL FEE FOR PERMIT ISSUED AFTER COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION.

When work for which a permit is required by §§ 150.035 et seq. is started prior to obtaining a permit, the fees herein specified shall be doubled. However, the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any persons or entities from fully complying with the requirements of this code and this chapter in the execution of the work.
