This chapter shall be administered and enforced by the City Building Inspector or his designee. Certain inspections will be made during the progress of the construction. It shall be the duty of the owner/building/contractor to call for the various inspections as the construction progresses and no additional work is to be done in the inspected area until each of these inspections has been made and approved at its proper time. The Building Inspector may make other unannounced inspections as the project progresses. These inspections will not interfere with the progress of the project.
