Plans along with a permit application are to be submitted to the Building Inspector for approval or disapproval. The Building Inspector shall review the proposed package and give its approval/disapproval within 30 days after the date the applicant has submitted its application. After approval or disapproval, the Building Inspector shall return one set of the plans to the contractor with any needed corrections. The Building Inspector shall enforce all easements, property lines, applicable setback requirements, applicable state and federal building codes, zoning, building and land use ordinances of the city. The Building Inspector will review and consider requests for approval on the installation of structures in the city right-of-way, and within the city established side, front and back setback requirements.
