§ 150.019 APPEAL.

Work suspensions order by the Building Inspector may be appealed to the City Council by the property owner, and the decision of the City Council shall be final; provided, however, that nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to abrogate the provisions of § 150.097 that provide for a request for a variance from the City Council.
