The city adopted and enforced the most current editions of the International Building Code, International Residential Code, International Fire Code, International Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities, International Existing Building Code, International Plumbing Code, International Mechanical Code, International Property Maintenance Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Energy Conservation Code and National Fire Protection Association 70 (National Electrical Code).
