§ 158.12 AUTOMOBILE AND TRUCK SERVICE STATIONS; CONVENIENCE STORES WITH GASOLINE PUMPS.
   (A)   Brand identification signs.
      (1)   One monument sign not exceeding 36 square feet per face.
      (2)   One wall-sign not exceeding 48 square feet in size.
      (3)   One wall mounted company logo attached to the principal structure, not exceeding 32 square feet in size.
      (4)   One brand identification sign, not exceeding 36 square feet per face, attached to the gasoline pump island canopy in lieu of the permitted monument sign.
      (5)   One company logo, not exceeding 32 feet per face, attached to the gasoline pump island canopy in lieu of the permitted wall-mounted logo.
   (B)   Price signs.
      (1)   One price sign per pump island not exceeding ten square feet per face of the sign. Price signs complying with the size limitation of this section, and placed upon opposing ends of the same pump island, shall be considered one sign.
      (2)   One price sign as a component of the permitted monument sign, not exceeding ten square feet per face, in lieu of the price signs permitted upon the pump islands. The permissible area of the price sign, when placed upon the permitted monument sign, shall be considered a component of the overall permitted area of the monument sign, and not in addition to the overall permitted area of the monument sign.
      (3)   One price sign, not exceeding ten square feet per face, located upon the canopy above the pump islands in lieu of the price signs permitted upon the pump islands or the alternative monument sign location.
