§ 158.09 SIGNS EXEMPT FROM PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
   The following signs are exempt from permit requirements.
   (A)    Political signs.
   (B)   Real estate “For Sale” signs.
   (C)   By law required signs.
   (D)   General contractor's sign.
   (E)   Traffic control signs.
