§ 157.191 RECOMMENDATION OF COMMISSION REQUIRED.
   No public building, street, alleyway, path, viaduct, bridge, railroad, terminal, park, parkway, playground, aviation field, athletic field, school ground, fire station or any other public ground or public improvement or part thereof shall be constructed until the location thereof shall be reviewed by the Zoning Commission and a recommendation made thereon for consideration by the City Council; provided, however, in a case of disapproval by the Zoning Commission, the reasons for such disapproval shall be communicated to the City Council and such recommendations may be overruled by majority vote of the City Council. In addition, the Zoning Commission may make recommendations to any public authority, corporation or individual within the city or within the territory adjacent or contiguous thereto concerning the relocation of any buildings, structures or works of any sort to be created or constructed by them.
