The Commission shall adopt its own rules for the practical and efficient transaction of business and shall kept a record of its proceedings in accordance with the provisions of the State Open Meetings Act, being Tex. Gov’t Code §§ 551.001 et seq., now or hereafter amended. The Commission shall conduct at least one meeting per quarter and additional meetings may be held from time to time upon call of the Chairperson or a majority of the members of the Commission.
