(A) There shall be no sewerage disposal without water carriage. Chemical toilets may be erected on a temporary basis during the construction only.
(B) All properties shall provide for trash disposal in proper containers at the rear of buildings that is sanitary, shielded from the wind and out of sight of the public. No trash containers shall be permitted at a place of business other than at the rear of the building.
