§ 157.108 PARKING REGULATIONS.
   All business structures shall provide parking spaces per the following schedule:
   (A)   Beauty shops: one space for each 300 square feet of floor area;
   (B)   Clinics or doctors offices: one space for each 200 square feet of floor area;
   (C)   Daycare: one space for each 400 square feet of floor area, plus loading area requirements;
   (D)   Offices: one space for each 400 square feet of floor area;
   (E)   Restaurant: one space for every three seats under maximum seating arrangement;
   (F)   Retail or personal service: one space for each 400 square feet of floor area;
   (G)   Any unlisted non-residential use shall provide off-street parking adequate to accommodate the normal parking demand generated by such use as determined by the Building and Permit Committee;
   (H)   All uses must provide (and utilize) adequate off street parking for business patrons as well as employees;
   (I)   The parking spaces and connecting driveways shall be of concrete or asphalt surface to the standards set by the Building and Permit Committee;
   (J)   The number of points of access to the subject property from adjoining roadways shall not be greater than one point of access for every lot allowed; and
   (K)   Any lights used to illuminate the parking area shall be of the “low profile” type and shall be so arranged so as to reflect away from any adjacent residential use or residential district. All lighting will be approved by the Building and Permit Committee based on its compatibility and conformity with adjacent lighting.
