§ 157.065 AREA AND HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   Front yard. There shall be a front yard along the front line of the lot. The minimum depth of such front yard shall be ten feet from the property line.
   (B)   Lot width.
      (1)   The minimum width of the lot shall be 80 feet for a single-family dwelling.
      (2)   The minimum width of the lot shall be 22 feet for a townhouse or condominium.
   (C)   Lot area.
      (1)   The minimum area of the lot shall be 8,000 square feet for a single-family dwelling.
      (2)   The minimum area of the lot shall be 1,826 square feet for a townhouse or condominium.
      (3)   No more than eight condominiums or townhouses shall be constructed in one condominium building or townhouse building.
      (4)   There shall be a minimum seven-foot utility easement between condominium buildings or townhouse buildings.
   (D)   Minimum area. The minimum area per townhouse of condominium unit shall be 1,200 square feet.
   (E)   Height. The height limit shall be two and one-half stories for a dwelling and a maximum 35 feet for any building.
   (F)   Fences. No fences shall be permitted in the “C” Townhouse and Condominiums District.
   (G)   Masonry and the like. Every townhouse building and condominium building shall be constructed in such a manner that at least 51% of its exterior walls are of masonry or masonry veneer construction. Stucco will no qualify as masonry unless placed on masonry.
