§ 157.005 RESTRICTIONS ON BUILDINGS AND LAND.
   Except as hereinafter provided, no building shall be erected or structurally altered and no land shall be used, except in conformity with the regulations herein prescribed for the use and area district in which such building or land is located and shown by the Zoning Map.
