§ 156.08 STREET SIGNS, PERMANENT SURVEY REFERENCE MONUMENTS AND LOT MARKERS.
   (A)   Street name signs shall be installed by the city at the expense of the subdivider at all intersections within or abutting the subdivision. Such signs shall be of a type approved by the city, and shall be installed in accordance with the standards of the city.
   (B)   The description and location of permanent survey reference monuments shall be shown. These shall be other than and in addition to, markers set for block or lot corners. They shall be of concrete and, wherever practical, they shall be set so that the top of the monuments will be not less than 12 inches below the ground surface after contemplated improvements are completed.
   (C)   Lot markers shall be metal, concrete or other reasonably permanent material and shall be placed flush with the ground, or countersunk, if necessary, in order to avoid being disturbed.
