§ 154.28 SEWAGE AND WASTE WATER DISCHARGES.
   (A)   Purpose. It is the purpose of this section to reduce the pollutants such as sewage entering surface waterbodies from septic systems.
   (B)   Prohibition. No person shall:
      (1)   Discharge any type of waste water from residential, commercial or industrial sources into the MS4 and/or waterbodies;
      (2)   Discharge or introduce any domestic sewage or septic tank waste, grease trap waste or grit trap waste from either residential, commercial or industrial sites into the MS4 and/or waterbodies; or
      (3)   Discharge any runoff or washdown water from any animal pen, kennel or fowl or livestock containment area.
   (C)   Implications. This section implies that no domestic sewage, septic tank waste, grease trap waste, waste from animal containment areas or grit trap waste may enter into the MS4 and/or waterbodies. This includes areas where the naturally occurring movement of water through the soil may cause the sewage to migrate into said waterbodies and/or the MS4.
