§ 154.07 CITIZEN PARTICIPATION.

All citizens are encouraged to report to the city’s Water Department or to the hotline (956) 423-8384, any spills, releases, illicit connections or any other instances of anyone discharging pollutants into MS4 storm sewer system or waters of the state or waters of the United States and any other violation of this chapter which they become aware.
