§ 30.01 CITY ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND DUTIES.
   Pursuant to authority conferred by Tex. Local Gov’t Code § 51.052, the city hereby adopts the powers of a Type A general law municipality and the city shall hereafter possess and be authorized to exercise all powers and authority conferred by the laws of the state upon Type A general law municipalities.
