§ 130.07 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW.

In enforcing and applying this chapter, the police officer or officers taking into custody a person younger than 17 years of age for a violation of this chapter shall comply with the requirements of Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 45.059.
