Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter within the corporate limits of the city shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $200, and each single violation or failure to comply with the chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
