§ 110.06 RESPONSIBLE PERSON.

The person named in the permit shall be responsible to ensure that no signs relating to the garage sale shall be posted on any public property in violation of any applicable ordinance, rule, regulation or law of the city or the state. The person named in the permit shall be responsible to ensure that all signs relating to the garage sale shall be removed within 72 hours of the expiration of the permit.
