Prior to conducting a garage sale, the person conducting the sale shall obtain a garage sale permit at City Hall at a cost of $10. The person obtaining the permit must show evidence of the right to occupy the premises for which the permit is sought. Further, the goods to be sold shall belong to the property owner and/or resident of said property, unless several property owners and/or residents hold the garage sale jointly. No outside goods from other sources shall be brought in for sale.
