§ 110.02 SALE PROHIBITED; VIOLATION OF REQUIREMENTS.

No garage sale shall be held within the city, except as specifically provided by this chapter. Any person holding a garage sale in violation of the requirements set forth herein shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
