(A) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for any person directed to remove or abate a nuisance to fail or refuse to comply therewith or to fail to remove such junked vehicle within the time provided for in the notice sent under this chapter, or by the order of the Municipal Judge.
(B) An offense under this chapter is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200, and each and every day this chapter is violated shall constitute a separate offense.
