§ 94.14 AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE.
   The Chief of Police or his or her duly authorized agent may enter upon private property for the purposes specified in this chapter and to examine the vehicle or parts thereof, obtain information as to the identity of vehicles or parts thereof, and to remove or cause to be removed a vehicle or parts thereof declared to be a nuisance. The Municipal Court of the city shall have the power and authority to issue all orders necessary to enforce the procedures established by this chapter.
