§ 94.10 NOTICE TO STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
   The Chief of Police or his or her agent shall give notice to the State Department of Transportation within five days after the date of removal, identifying the vehicle or part thereof so removed for cancellation of the certificate of title to the vehicle.
