§ 93.02 DISPOSAL OF WASTE MATERIALS BY BURNING PROHIBITED.

During or after construction or demolition of buildings or structures, no waste materials or rubbish or garbage shall be disposed of by burning it on the premises or in the immediate vicinity if said premises or immediate vicinity is inside the city.
