A request for any inspection for work performed pursuant to an approved building permit must be made to the town within 30 days of completion of the work for which the inspection is requested. If the inspection is not requested within the 30 days, an additional fee of $100 shall be paid to the town for such an inspection. No inspection shall occur unless and until the inspection fees are paid to the town. The fee may be changed by resolution of the Town Council.
