§ 95.99 PENALTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to conduct a garage sale except as provided herein. Any violation of any requirement of this chapter may be punished as per F.S. Ch. 162, or as provided in § 10.99(A)(1) of the Code of Ordinances of the town. The town may also bring suit to restrain, enjoin or otherwise prevent the violation of this chapter in the Circuit Court of the county.
