§ 91.002 PLACEMENT ON PROPERTY OF ANOTHER PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place or cause to be placed on any property or premises in the town without the consent of its owner or occupant any of the materials named in § 91.001(A), whether or not the placement or accumulation constitutes a nuisance as defined in § 91.001(A).
