§ 94.03 APPLICABILITY.

These regulations shall be applicable to and shall regulate any and all applicators of fertilizer and areas of application of fertilizer within the area of the town, unless such applicator is specifically exempted by the terms of these regulations. These regulations shall be prospective only, and shall not impair any existing contracts.
