(A) The following facilities shall be acceptable in calculating credit for developers against the recreation impact fee:

(B) Calculation of a credit toward the payment of the recreation impact fee shall be the amount of credit per person times the persons per unit as described in § 34.26 times the number of dwelling units. This amount may be subtracted from the required fee if, in the opinion of the leisure services director, the proposed facilities reduce the need for public facilities.
