Sec. 5.02   SELECTION AND REMOVAL OF TOWN MANAGER
   Upon a motion made by the Mayor, the Town Council will consider appointing a Town Manager. The Mayor shall have the discretion to delegate all or part of her duties to the Town Manager. The Mayor or the Town Council can remove the Town Manager. Any decision by the Mayor to remove the Town Manager must be ratified by the Town Council.
