Sec. 4.01   OFFICE OF THE TOWN CLERK
   This office shall be headed by a Town Clerk appointed by the Mayor to serve the Council. The salary of the Town Clerk shall be fixed by the Mayor. The Town Clerk shall be under the administrative direction and control of the Mayor.
