Sec. 3.08 CODES OF TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

The council may adopt any standard code of technical regulations by reference thereto in an adopting ordinance. Adopting ordinances shall be enacted as herein provided for ordinances generally. Any adopted code of technical regulations shall be made available to the public as the council shall provide.
