The inhabitants of the Town of Palm Shores, Florida, shall continue to be a body politic and corporate to be known and designated as the “Town of Palm Shores, Florida” (hereinafter to be known as the “Town”); and as such shall have perpetual succession, shall sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, and shall have the use of a common seal.
The Town shall have all powers possible for a Town to have under the Constitution and the laws of the State of Florida as fully and completely as if specifically enumerated under this Charter, in addition to any powers specifically so enumerated.
